Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery timeframe is 5 to 12 business days from the date of order confirmation. We strive to dispatch your orders at the earliest possible time and will notify you in case of any delays.

Possible Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to service area limitations or transportation disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed of any changes in your delivery schedule.

Condition of Goods Upon Delivery

If your package appears damaged or tampered with, we advise you not to accept the delivery. Kindly refuse the package and immediately contact our Customer Care team at info.hillscraft@gmail.com (available Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM) with your order reference number. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Note: We currently do not offer open-box delivery services.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

If we are unable to ship any portion of your order within 12 business days, the unshipped items may be cancelled. You will be notified via email, and any payments made for the cancelled items will be refunded to your original payment method.
